Redefining Prosperity
SPEAKER_01Anyone who says, you know, money doesn't buy happiness, it's only money, it's only things, I believe that's a viewpoint that doesn't serve us very well. Because while it is true that money does not buy prosperity, or money does not buy happiness, we can also say that poverty does not buy happiness either. So let's keep that in mind and let's operate on the assumption that you're meant to be healthy, happy, and prosperous. That's the holistic view of prosperity.
Show Welcome And Purpose
SPEAKER_00Hi, friends, welcome to the New Normal Big Life Podcast. We bring you natural and integrative health information and stories about nature that we hope will inspire you to get outside an adventure, along with a step-by-step plan to help you practice what you've learned, create your own new normal, and live the biggest life you can dream. I'm your host, Antonet Lee, the Wellness Warrior. Let's get into today's topic. Wellness warriors, we're taking a slight detour from our usual health and wellness conversation today to talk about the prosperity mindset. Because as you're building your new normal big life, you'll need to be able to afford your lifestyle. So we've got some great insights from an expert guest. So let's dive in. Welcome to New Normal Big Life, Randy Gage. Why don't you tell us who you are, what you do, and the one big idea you want to leave us with today?
Meet Randy Gage
SPEAKER_01Hey, Antoinette, thanks for bringing me in. Great to chat with everybody. I'm an entrepreneur, but my I like to joke that my day job is teaching the principles of prosperity, how you become healthy, happy, and prosperous. And so, really, all my work, my books, my podcasts, my entrepreneur accelerator program, all of that are built on this premise of we need to make the world more prosperous. And to make the world more prosperous, we need people to be more prosperous.
SPEAKER_00So when we think about prosperity, most people just think financial, but you have a more expanded view of prosperity. Can you tell us about that?
Seven Elements Of An Abundant Life
SPEAKER_01I sure do. And I've got a great resource that's free, by the way. Anyone who wants to go to randygage.com, right on the homepage, you'll see a PDF file, the seven elements of an abundant life. And just download that. It's free. You can read it after you're done with this episode. But yeah, money is part of prosperity for sure. Anyone who says, you know, money doesn't buy happiness, it's only money, it's only things, I believe that's a viewpoint that doesn't serve us very well. Because while it is true that money does not buy prosperity, or money does not buy happiness, we can also say that poverty does not buy happiness either. So let's keep that in mind and let's operate on the assumption that you're meant to be healthy, happy, and prosperous. That's the holistic view of prosperity.
SPEAKER_00You have an incredible story of a troubleteen to a New York Times bestselling author and prosperity mentor and public speaker. Can you tell us about your journey? I think a lot of people can see themselves in your trajectory.
From Jail To Bestseller
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that stuff most people won't go through what I went through, which is being in jail for armed robbery when you're 15 years old, being shot and left for dead in a robbery, losing your business, getting it seized by the tax authorities and auctioned off, becoming a speaker hall of fame inductee, 15 best-selling books, successful multimillion dollar business. But you certainly, everybody listening, will relate to: hey, I've had some high highs and I've had some low lows, and that's where I can relate to the principles that Randy's talking about today. We all will face challenges along the way. Some of them will be health, some of them will be relationships, some of them will be financial. If you're like me, it'll be all of the above, right? Because I did go through all of the above. And I think most people do. Or maybe they have one area that they really got locked up pretty well, but the rest are a hot mess, as they were in my case. And we got to work on that. We have to grow as people, we've got to develop certain skills, we've got to find some limiting beliefs, we have to replace those limiting beliefs with beliefs that empower us. And that's the transformation that we need to make along the way.
SPEAKER_00I'm so glad you talked about transformation because I'm a firm believer in transforming your life. But how did you first start beginning your self-reinvention? What did that look like for you and what mindset shifts did you have to make?
Reinvention And Entrepreneurial Calling
SPEAKER_01A lot of seminal moments along the way. Being in jail at 15 was one of them. Was in there for months watching the clock out in the hallway outside my cell, tick, tick, tick as I was there waiting for a court date. So it certainly gives you an opportunity to rethink your life, right? Remember the scene in Star Wars, maybe it's on Coruscant, not Obi-Wan, but Jay Kong or whatever. He's goes in a bar and the guy says, Hey, you want to buy some death sticks? And he does the Jedi mind trick and says, No, I don't want to buy some death sticks. And I think you want to go home and rethink your life. And that was for me, like, you know, maybe I need to rethink my life. And I did. And I said, okay, I'm gonna work hard, I'm gonna play by the rules, I'm gonna do what they say I should do. Go to school, get an education, work for a big company, retire with them. And that lasted about 10 minutes, and I realized that's not that's not really me. I need to be an entrepreneur. I'm a free spirit. I gotta set my own. I moved out of the house when I was 15 years old. I set my in my poor mother, of course, everything that I had put her through, because the ended up in jail was just kind of the end point of drugs and alcohol and a lot of other really poor choices as a teenager who just didn't fit into the world. And you rethink your life, right? And when I rethought mine, I was this free spirit who didn't want to work for other people. I wanted to be an entrepreneur. And so I had some stumbles along the way. I learned as a 15-year-old, you don't have to pay the light bill. They don't care, they'll just turn the power off. You don't have to pay the rent. He don't care. He'll just, the landlord will just post a 48-hour eviction notice and send the sheriff's department if you don't. And you realize, okay, it's probably easier to pay the rent and pay the light bill and pay the phone bill and those things. And so you learn self-responsibility, you learn how things work in the real world, and then you change. And that's been my gift, I guess, is I've always been open to that. To me, people always ask my my breakthrough you, which is like my coaching mentorship, accelerator program, you know, what is it all about? Well, and it's it's one word, transformation. I'm facilitating people making transformation. I think every great author in self-development, every great podcaster, that's what we do. We facilitate our own transformation, and then we share what we learned along that process with the people who follow our work, how they can create transformation in because nobody listening to this cares how many New York Times bestsellers I had. They want to know how does this apply to me? How can I make it work in my life? How can I be healthy, happy, and prosperous?
SPEAKER_00Well, you know, Randy, I work with all kinds of people from all works of walks of life. And one thing that I find is a lot of people do not have a serious entrepreneurial spirit within them because they're so used to being told what to do, how to do it, when to do it, that starting something from nothing is frightening for them. So, how do you make that mindset shift, that shift in what you believe about yourself and the world around you and how you interact with the world because of your belief system?
Entrepreneurship’s Unglamorous Reality
Employee Vs Entrepreneur Paths
SPEAKER_01Yeah, first it's important we establish the foundation that not everybody is meant to be an entrepreneur. And don't beat yourself up if you're not the entrepreneurial mindset, the entrepreneurial type. Entrepreneurialship is it's a it's a journey, let me tell you. I I remember I owned a hairstyling salon, and in a salon, you do 50% of your business on Friday and Saturday, right? The other five days of the week, forget about it. You're gonna do 50, 60 even percent of your business on those two days. And Friday is payday. And every week was my employees know. I'm giving you this paycheck. Cannot run to the bank on your lunch hour and cash it because there's no money to cover it. I need to make the deposits from today and tomorrow, and then on Monday you'll be able to cash your check. So if you need the money in the meantime, you don't make enough tips yet, cash it at a liquor store, supermarket, check cashing place, but can't hit my bank till Monday. I'm one of hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs who have lived that reality. I'm the one who knows what it's like to have your personal branch manager at your bank and calling you on a daily basis and getting them to honor your checks because there wasn't enough money in the account, right? That's what entrepreneurship is like in the real world. Everybody looks at Elon Musk and Gary V and whoever podcast, and they think it's such a glamorous thing. And it is a glamorous thing. But there's also the other side of it. People forget Gary V was bagging ice in his dad's liquor store for years first. They forget he was doing YouTube videos with 10 people who watched it, four of whom were trolls, right? He became what we now know as Gary V. He didn't start as what we now know as Gary V. And that's the same for him. It's the same for me, it's the same for Elon Musk or Richard Branson or Oprah Winfrey or Mark Cuban or Antoinette Lee, right? It's the same for everybody. So let's accept that maybe everybody's not meant to be an entrepreneur, but don't just assume because you bought a certain story that that's true for you. Because I think there's a lot of brilliant entrepreneurs out there who don't know they're entrepreneurs. Because they were just raised in an environment like I was. And my mom thought, hey, there's a big General Motors factory in Janesville, Wisconsin, and people in Madison said, hey, if you get a job at GM on the assembly line, you'll be set up for 40 years, you got a steady paycheck, and then you're going to retire and get the gold watch and the pension plan and social security. Thank God I didn't do that, right? Because what followed later was GM laying off more people than any company ever had in human history before, right? And the ups and downs of the labor disputes and the auto industry ups and down and all of that. And but that was the conventional thinking, right? And I think I'm not the only one who was brainwashed with go the, go to school, get an education, or go to the factory or whatever and get the steady job thing. But I do teach prosperity, right? I tell I help people become wealthier. And I do believe that you can do it more rapidly as an entrepreneur than you can as an employee.
SPEAKER_00How so?
SPEAKER_01Now, right, that doesn't mean you can't do it as an employee. If you're Michael Eisner and Disney says we'll pay you$30 million a year to be CEO, that's a pretty good paycheck for an employee, right? But for most of us who probably are not going to get that call from Disney, I think you're better to be entrepreneurial minded. Even and you don't have to quit your job and roll the dice with everything you own. Start off as a side gig, test a side business, see how it does, and then you can decide if you want to move forward with that.
SPEAKER_00And we do live in a side gig or a side hustle, as someone, some people call it, economy. And there's lots of ways that you can earn money while you still hold down a full-time job. Like you, my dad owned a barbershop and he had a full-time job. But you talk about how millionaires and billionaires have a completely different set of habits and mindset than the rest of us. What is that?
Wealthy Habits And New Beliefs
Three Daily Habits For Prosperity
SPEAKER_01When you become wealthy, it's usually because you've changed your foundational views about some really important things. And when you become prosperous, meaning not just wealthy, but healthy and happy, strong relationships, it also means you probably changed your foundational views about a million, you know, a bunch of different things. I have a book that really two books come to mind, because one is Out, Radical Rebirth. That's where I looked at the core foundational beliefs that people have in all the important areas: marriage and relationship, God and religion, money and success, health and wellness, right? And I'll show you in that book like here's the bad beliefs that keep you broke or keep you sick or keep you unhappy, and how to recreate your life and have this rebirth into this highest possible version of yourself. And then my new book, which isn't out yet, but it will be available for pre-sale on Amazon while you're watching this, which is called Wealth Without Apology. And that's a whole new way to look at money and prosperity and stop apologizing for not wanting to live small, right? We call this the big life podcast. That's to me lit me up when I saw those words because I believe people should be living big lives. But most people are afraid to live big lives. And if they do, they feel like they have to validate it. They have to apologize for it, they have to explain themselves. And I'm here, and that book is here to tell you no, you don't have to apologize to anyone. You don't have to feel guilty to anyone. You were meant to live a healthy, happy, prosperous life. And that book is kind of the ammo to help you achieve those results.
SPEAKER_00If there are three habits that you would advise people to stop doing, or three habits that they need to start doing to attract prosperity, to achieve prosperity in their lives, what would you tell them?
SPEAKER_01First daily routine habit of me is self-development time, personal growth, self-development time, religious every day. You don't answer the phone, you don't answer the door, you don't leave the house until you've done something to help elevate your consciousness. Number two is no devices before that time. Take the best million-dollar tip I could give anyone is take your phone and charge it in a different room from where you sleep. Do not let the last thing you do before night is post in your snarky comment on Facebook or Instagram or X, and don't let waking up first thing in the morning be some alert you see on your phone. So no device time, turn it off a couple hours before bed. And the new research coming out, the short attention spans, the anxiety, the inability to concentrate coming from short-term, short-form videos like Reels and TikTok and things like that. Undisputable. It's so bad for us. And then the third thing I would say is get off social media. Just if you need it for your business, be on there as a content creator, but not as a consumer. That's what I am. I am a content creator on social media. I'm not a consumer because I recognize if I go down that rabbit hole, the negativity, the toxicity, the polarization, the hate, the judgment, the virtue signaling. It's just such negative energy. And then I devoted that time I used to spend on social media to reading. You know, part of my self-development stuff. I did some last year, 2025, was the greatest year I've ever had. Highest revenue ever in my company, highest performing of my investments ever, health, perfect scores, my blood work, my chronological ages going backwards instead of older. Relationships were amazing. Everything, right? And I think the biggest change was I read one hour every day. A book, not a website, not a Kindle, not a phone, a physical book, one hour reading a day. And it got me to do deeper work, more critical thinking. And I just feel like I scaled my personal development. It was just an incredible year. And already, I mean, I booked enough business for 26 to all to know already I'm gonna best what I did in 2025. And at my age, there's not a lot of people doing that. There's a lot of people saying, well, my peak earning years are behind me, and now I'm in my wealth preservation years. That's just a story that the financial planners sold you.
Host’s Reinvention And Reading
SPEAKER_00Randy, you are definitely speaking my language. And listeners, if you need more incentive to limit your device time, check out Glowkids by Dr. Nicolas Carderas. And it doesn't just apply to children. The other thing that I wanted to speak to is that I live in a cabin in the woods. And although I obviously have internet, I do a lot of reading. I always have since I learned to read when I was four years old. And it's been one of the reasons I've been to able to reinvent myself from coming out of the army, working on a help desk in a call center to becoming a six figure earning tech CEO, then a financial crisis because of a health crisis, and then rebuilding my life. And not only did I ditch a walker or service dog and a full time caregiver, but I became a sponsored adventure sports athlete. At over 50. So when I tell you that it's possible to reinvent yourself, no matter your circumstance or your challenges, believe me, because I'm living proof, so is Randy.
SPEAKER_01That book, that book, the earlier book I mentioned, Radical Rebirth, that's the whole premise of that book, that you can kill off the parts of your life that you don't like, and you can replace them with parts you do. And that allows you to become this higher possible version of yourself.
Overcoming Negative Programming
SPEAKER_00I love that. So what's one powerful idea that people can use to start thinking about prosperity in a different way that allows them to overcome all of the negative programming we've received throughout our life? You can't, you won't, you'll never, you don't have the resources, you don't have the education, you have some limitation in cognitive ability or physical ability. What can we do to overcome that negative programming? I know I've done it in my own life, but can you share some insights from maybe a client or yourself?
Mind Viruses And Media
Templates From Childhood
Forgiveness And Belief Reset
SPEAKER_01That's why I do the self-development time every day. So I got off social media. It's the most important thing I do. I think it's the most important thing anyone would do, is what blows people's mind about that radical rebirth book is I break down the negative beliefs that you're being brainwashed with. Because you need to know, every one of us is being brainwashed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I was watching the night, the new Game of Thrones show about the night. Last night I binge watched the last episodes of season one. Delightful show. And I can watch a show like that, enjoy it, and say, oh my God, and look at the subconscious programming, the subliminal programming in that show that money is bad and rich people are evil and it's noble to be poor. Until you can do that, that brainwashing works on you if you don't recognize it. So what I did in the Radical Rebirth book is I took the six main areas that we get beliefs on, our foundational beliefs. So take organized religion. It's one of the most negative, dysfunctional areas of programming that most people get. Now, I took a two-year sabbatical and I just traveled the world and worked on myself. Sometimes I read three books a day. I spent 10 hours in self-development. Someday I traveled the world. I just worked on me, had fun, lived life, that stuff. And I studied, during that time, I studied all the major organized religions of the world. And I feel my take on it all was: you know what? The core message of those religions is love. And there's a lot of similarities between them. But men have the core message been hijacked with doctrines and dogma. And now I find that the organized religion are one of the most limiting programming mechanisms out there that hold people back, that cause people to play small, to live little lives instead of big lives. And the school system basically teaches you to be a worker drone in the collective. Doesn't teach you life skills. It doesn't teach you money skills. Doesn't teach you success skills. It doesn't, most importantly, it doesn't teach you how to think. It teaches you what to memorize. It teaches you what to think. It doesn't teach for most kids, and I'm talking all the way up through PhD level, they're not ever taught how to think, thinking processes on how you can manifest a prosperous life. And that's how you need to do that. So I looked at God and religion, health and wellness, money and success, work, marriage and relationships, work and career, and I go through the brainwashing you get. And I showed you all the generations, whether you're a Gen A person who's just now, the shows you're watching, the books you're reading, the podcasts you're listening to, the social media you're being impacted with. And I go all the way back to the boomers, my generation. And I'll say, look at here were the hit TV shows, here were the hit movies, here's the best-selling books, here were the pop songs of that generation. And I show the programming that's in them. And it's literally, they are what we call mind viruses. Just as your computer hard drive could get infected with the virus, your subconscious mind gets infected with a mind virus. And when you get one, it parasitizes the host and it causes you, you become infected, and then you spread the virus. So the just like the new, you know, whatever the latest Taylor Swift song is, that's a mind virus. Everybody's humming it, it's catchy, it's playing on the radio, they're got the instrumental versions in the elevators and the stores, and you're humming it now, and then someone else, their brainworm, gets it, they're humming it. Just where's the beef is a meme, right? Or meme is the word for mind viruses. People think it's slides on social media, but the actual definition is a mind virus. So you get the meme or the mind virus, and then you spread it. And what are the most uh insidious, most prevalent mind viruses in the world today? Money is bad, rich people are evil, spiritual to be poor, to be a successful entrepreneur or corporate person, you have to be a terrible parent to run a successful company, you have to exploit your workers and pillage the environment. The negative brainwashing we're getting is mind-boggling. So you realize that, right? You have to say, wow, what are my core foundational beliefs about relationships? Because you get all this programming by the time you're eight years old.
Critical Thinking Over Identity
SPEAKER_00Before we cover the next topic in this episode, I want to introduce you to the adventure sports lifestyle. My adventure sports lifestyle and deep connection to nature is essential to my good health. So here's the story. What you don't know is that oftentimes the angler, the fisherman, is practicing catch and release fishing, which means they're going to land the fish, take a photo, sometimes give it a little kiss like I do, and send it back into the water to live out its life. So I hope the next time you see a person holding a photo of a fish that you think, wow, that person's energy has to be so calm and so non-threatening that the fish is so relaxed in its hands that it looks like it's not alive. So I hope this changes your perspective and that you will get outside and maybe do some catch-and-release fishing alone with friends or family and the people you love most. Enjoy my photo of this smiling walleye.
SPEAKER_01You're basically programmed for life unless you read one of my books or come to my seminar or something, and I grab you by the lapels and shake you in, you know, in a you know, uh in a lovingly way to say, hey, you've got to question the premise. If you're seven years old and one of your parents is abusive to the other or cheating on the other, that's just your template for how marriage and relationships work. So you grow up and at 35 or 45, you blow up your marriage and you have no idea. You're just repeating the programming you got when you were seven years old. You become an alcoholic, a drug addict, you're just repeating programming you learned as a kid. You're self-sabotaging yourself, getting fired, missing promotions. It's stuff you learned when you were a kid, and you never went back and questioned those beliefs. And then once you question them, you recognize the beliefs that don't serve you. You have to blow them up and replace them with empowering beliefs that do serve you.
Balance, Lifestyle, And Growth
SPEAKER_00We talked about that in a recent episode with forgiveness expert Catherine Giovanni, where she walks listeners through step by step how to identify the areas of our life where we may need to forgive a person, a place, and a system, a thing, or that we might feel like we might need to forgive ourselves for something. And I feel like for anyone who's listening and you feel like maybe I do need to re-examine my limiting beliefs, but then what do I do with that? In addition to Randy's book, check out that episode with Catherine Giovanni. I think you'll find some great insights. You know, Randy, when you were talking, I realized something why I am different from I think a lot of people that I meet, is because when I went to school, I had a lot of teachers who told me, and I had an older brother who was 14 years older than me. He was already in college when I was four. That's why I learned to read so early. He told me, trust no one, believe nothing, not even me. Everyone has an ulterior motive. Think for yourself, check in with your gut, do your own research. And we don't get taught those things anymore. What we get taught is to believe whatever talking head, even me, on your screen, is telling you. So I want to encourage everyone to continue to check in with yourself. If something feels manipulative, it probably is.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, here's what I would add to that is I know your brother meant well, but when we are guided at a young age, don't trust anybody. Everybody has an agenda. There is always an angle. That's not a healthy thing we want to take into the world later, too. Because if we become an automatic contrarian, we're just as easy to program as the people who are the sheep.
SPEAKER_00That's true.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So we just, if you're an automatic contrarian, I just need to tell you, if I want you to take the umbrella, all I have to do is say it's sunny outside. And then I know you're gonna grab the umbrella because you can say he's telling me it's sunny. That means it's gonna rain, so I'm gonna grab my umbrella. It it's so easy to manipulate you, it's just knee-jerk, just as it is to people who don't question anything.
SPEAKER_00What we've got is very important.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we gotta become critical thinkers and question the premise. As Mark Andreessen likes to say, have strong beliefs loosely held.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely, yes.
AI, Scale, And Self-Managing Teams
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and that means you're open to question those beliefs. One of the, I don't even remember which book I write about it, but I think when you create identities for yourself, it's like volunteering for a lobotomy. So if you say, I'm a MAGA warrior, I believe in President Trump, everything, or I'm an absolute woke army liberal, I you're just the easiest person to manipulate in the world because you you own that identity. And then you can no longer critical think. This is why we I say we have to get off social media right now. In the US, there's so many extreme, fringe, lunatic nutcases on each side of the equation. They're brainwashed. They can't even think rationally. They hate the other side so much that they will even do things against their own good, just because it's the opposite of what they think the other side wants them to do. And that's no way to create a prosperous life. There's no self-determination in that. There's no happy relationships in that. That is a path for a life of misery.
SPEAKER_00And it bleeds over into every aspect of your life. I think one of the things that has helped me stay happy, healthy, and as prosperous as I as the amount of effort I want to put into financial prosperity, because I really have learned the lesson that for me, for my health, I need to work a little bit less than probably what is beneficial for me economically, but that's okay, and I'm happy with that. But I think it's important for people to remember as you were saying, Randy, never all or nothing. It's never completely left, completely right. Somewhere in the middle lies the best path for you. So, with that in mind, what more would you like to leave listeners with, Randy?
Make Money Work For You
Freedom, Health, And Relationships
SPEAKER_01A couple of thoughts come to mind. To go the next level of where you were just speaking of. And not give up your lifestyle business. Like for you, you've got a lifestyle business because you're running it from a cabin in the woods. I would challenge you to say, okay, I'm gonna look at Randy's Breakthrough U program, see how that might relate to me as an entrepreneur accelerator, and maybe I could scale this business by 10 times or 30 times. And I don't have to give up my ideal lifestyle to do it, because I will learn how to bring in the right people. I will learn how to create a self-managing company. I will use like one of the things I told my guy the other day was listen, I think we want to hire five new people this year and 25 new AI agents because just accelerate the productivity I have right now because of the AI agents that I've created to do functions that I used to do, or that I would have to hire someone. I created a co-CEO for my business that would I'd have to pay someone$300,000,$400,000 a year to do what that agent does, working 24 hours a day, seven days a week for free with no meal breaks, no bathroom breaks, no recations, no personal days, no, you know, and nothing, right? The so be open to that, all of us. We have to say, hey, we live in the greatest time in human history. AI is going to be the most disruptive, transformative thing of our lifetime. And I'm comfortable saying that to anyone who's in their 20s, 40s, 60s, or 80s. Or if you're a vampire who's lived here for 1,500 years, just the same. This is the most transformative thing that's going to take place in our lifetimes. And you can't sit it out. You don't want to sit it out. You could sit it out, but you're not going to want to. So it's think of that way. Think of possibilities. And then the other thing about building wealth is this. I think there's this fundamental question that everyone needs to ask themselves, which says, do I work for money or does money work for me? End of discussion. Very simple question. You know, do I work for money or does my money work for me? Until you can answer that the second part of that that way, then you can't create true financial freedom. Because you do. You want to create an engine that produces ongoing income. And then you still can have the hell. Like at the highest level of my coaching program, they all have money. They don't come there because they need to know how to make money. They're already flying private, or they got five houses, or they got two major domos and butlers and whatever. You know, the money thing isn't their issue. Some of them, I have to train them. Here's how you take a day off. Because they've worked for 15 years without taking a day off. I have to teach them, here's how you take a vacation and let the business run without you. Here's how you have a no device day. Some of those people, when I say no device day, they look at me like I'm eating spiders. I mean, they've never, it's the craziest thing they've ever heard in their life that there could be a day where they don't check a device. They can't even imagine it. It is, they can't even comprehend what I'm saying. But that's what it's about. We have to get to the level where we realize, yeah, there we can create financial freedom, and we can have the dream lifestyle, the healthy relationships, the healthy marriages, the ultimate, optimal health and wellness, the mental harmony. And that's the big picture stuff we never want to lose sight of.
